Douglas Horn brings a decade of experience in all phases of film development and production. His debut feature as a writer-director, Entry Level starring DB Sweeney and Missi Pyle was independently produced by Douglas’s company, Cart Horse Films, for under one million dollars yet went on to received a national home video release from PorchLight Entertainment to rival films that cost ten times as much to produce. Entry Level played film festivals across the country and won Best Feature and Best Screenplay in New York City’s 2007 VisionFest Film Festival. Entry Level sold out its initial DVD pressing within the first week of the DVD street date. It has also sold to various television and cable markets in the US and worldwide.

It went on to become a #1-selling short film on Apple’s iTunes Store and continues to be seen in new territories and distribution methods. To date it has been included in at least three DVD short-film compendiums.
